Tim Hartlage

Tim was born and raised in southwest Louisville within a strong Catholic family. He played football in high school and in college, at Kentucky Wesleyan. Tim went on to work his way up the ranks to V.P. of Sales at the largest beer distributorship in Kentucky…and, as he said, “I worked hard for the enemy!”  But, Tim started to follow God’s calling on his life and eventually left his lucrative career “to preach until he drops and go until He comes back!”

Now, the General Manager of Salem Radio Louisville, a Christian radio group, Tim uses his gift of speaking, motivation, and sales skills to relate to every type of person – no matter what their current circumstances. He is an ordained minister, having served as interim pastor of a small church for one year, and continues to speak at several local churches every month. Tim also is an avid speaker for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and thrives on spreading the gospel in everyday, usable terms to high school and middle school students in the area.

Tim has been married for the past eight years to Jennifer Hartlage, where they have blended their five children; Josh (18), Becca (16), Joey (15), Riley (14), and Madison (12) into a busy little household in Georgetown, Indiana. Tim and Jennifer have also felt lead to help counsel and mentor couples in marriage, especially those with blended families, such as their own.

Tim is extremely excited and honored to serve on the board HeartSprings International.

She is active in her local church and has served on mission trips in several foreign countries including Guatamala and Mexico (with HeartSprings). Georgie was married to Eldon (a former board member of HeartSprings) for 53 years. Eldon went to be with The Lord in March 2009. Georgie has five children, each married, and all are serving The Lord. She has also been blessed with ten grandsons, two granddaughters and one great grandson. Georgie has served on the HeartSprings Board since July 2009, following Eldon’s graduation to Heaven. Georgie and Eldon traveled with their pastor Peter Lord for a number of years both in the US and internationally.  She gave her testimony and by prayed for the services and for those who attended both collectively and individually as requested.   For a number of years, Georgie also worked with a group called the Titus 2 ministry based on Titus 2:3-5, "Likewise teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good.  Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure to be busy at home, to be kind and to be subject to their husbands so that no one will malign the word of God".  She worked in the group both in her home town and in other towns and cities in the Southeastern U.S.  The ministry visited homes and helped the lady of the house de-clutter, re-decorate and generally make the home more welcoming.  After the house was finished, a seminar was held in a local church on parenting, hospitality, flower arranging, cleaning hints, loving your husband, growing spiritually, basic sewing as well as specific requests from the women. Georgie says, “We did lots of praying!”
